Prices Include:
Free wi-fi (in every room and swimming pool);
Sheets and towels (on weekly basis);

Prices don’t include

Final Clean up (24 € / person);
Extra single bed (100€ only per child under 11 Years old).

Deposit and cancellation policy
We require a deposit  to confirm your reservation.
You can pay by bank transfer or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Carta Sì).
The difference will be paid at your arrival.

Cancellation policy 
Until 6 months before your arrival your deposit or payment will be refounded
From 6 months to 60 days before your arrival we charge 30% from total amount (we hold your reservation deposit).
From 60 days to 15 days before your arrival we charge 60% from total amount.
From 15 days to arrival time the entire amount will be kept.
