Our agriturismo is located in Pontassieve, surrounded by the peaceful Tuscan countryside and just a short distance from Florence. Its position is ideal for guests seeking both relaxation and easy access to the region’s cultural highlights.
The property is easily accessible by car. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will be happy to provide detailed directions to ensure a smooth and effortless arrival.
Check-in is available from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Should you require a different arrival time, we kindly ask you to contact us in advance to check availability.
To welcome you, we provide a breakfast kit for the morning of your arrival, including milk, coffee, fruit juices, crispbread, jams, hazelnut spread and individually packaged croissants.
Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for guests who enjoy complete independence during their stay. Bed linen, towels, kitchen cloths and a courtesy toiletry set are also provided.
A private in-home chef service is available upon reservation, offering a tailor-made culinary experience. Menu options and pricing are defined according to guests’ preferences.
We are happy to welcome small and medium-sized pets, subject to prior notice at the time of booking. A supplement of €150 per stay applies.
Yes, the property features a panoramic swimming pool reserved exclusively for our guests. The pool is open from April 20th throughout the summer season, until the property closes in November.
We offer wine tasting experiences featuring the wines produced in our own cellar, always accompanied by our olive oil. Guided visits of the winery and vineyards are also available, allowing guests to discover our production and the surrounding landscape.
Absolutely. Thanks to its strategic location, the agriturismo is an excellent base for exploring renowned Tuscan destinations such as Florence, Siena and Arezzo, as well as charming medieval villages including Volterra, San Gimignano and Monteriggioni.

Reservations can be made directly through our website, by email or by phone. A deposit is required to confirm the booking and can be paid via bank transfer or credit card (VISA, Mastercard, CartaSì network).
For cancellations made up to 6 months prior to arrival, the deposit will be refunded.
For cancellations between 6 months and 60 days before arrival, 30% of the total amount will be charged.
From 60 to 15 days before arrival, 60% of the total amount will be charged; from 15 days prior to arrival, the full amount will be charged.
In the event of a no-show, the total stay will be charged in full.
